New Member Educator (NME) Roles:

Plans Rush events for the fall and spring for potential new members including 2 open meetings at the beginning of each semester

Holds New Member meetings before Big meetings every Tuesday to teach new members about HIS.

Leads the New Member Assistants and assists them with anything they need in relation to the new members
-
Plans New Member Retreat, Big/Little Night, and New Member Chats
-
Assists with planning Victory- dance in honor of the new members and Inductions- inducting the new members into the sorority at the end of the semester
