Growth Coordinator Roles:

• In charge of the spiritual growth and accountability of the sorority
• Opens the sorority in prayer at the beginning of every Big meeting
• Chooses what the sorority will be studying that semester in Faith Circle (bible study). Either a book of the bible or a book by a Christian author.
• Works closely with the Faith Circle Leaders for the HIS Faith Circles.
• Plans the Senior Tea every spring honoring the seniors
• Makes sure that each girl has a church home and if they do not, works closely with them to find one.
